Dye Sublimation ink
The transfer technology converts the sublimation ink into gas through high temperature, allowing the ink to penetrate into the fiber of the clothing or on the coated material.
The sublimation ink has good stability, and the color is saturated and bright.
We provide ICC profiles to give users the best experience of accurate output transfer.
Used in Polyester shirts, Coated Ceramics, Mugs, Tiles, Glass, Plastic, Metals, Polymer-coated wood.

Features

Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. You must purchase the mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the coating already on them.
When you apply to 100% polyester without any coating, it is applied directly to the 100% polyester fabric.

Limitation of Sublimation Ink

For Sublimation transfer, your fabric must contains at least 80% Polyester. Therefore, at current status cotton or silk fabric can’t transfer completely, it has been the biggest down side for sublimation users.
Also, the dye sublimation technology currently has the best transfer effect. As for the other color T-shirts, the current transfer effect is still not ideal.
Non-fabric products require special coating for sublimation transfer.
